His latest role took him into the world of Exponential Technologies where he continued his efforts to foster clean new technologies that improved our quality of life while at the same time creating lasting businesses that were either acquired or merged. Ross quickly recognized that the world was changing and technology was democratizing information and services forever affecting the investing public; leading Ross to pivot from advising venture capital firms and private equity firms to helping entrepreneurs achieve their dream and change the world as we know it

Ross has a deep and specialized understanding of the business and law surrounding Startup companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity. He is a highly experienced executive capable of leading change across all aspects of an organization. Throughout his career Ross has led efforts in investor relations, company constitutions, equity class creation, onshore/offshore fund administration, company governance, company structure, and international mergers & acquisitions. His overall experience makes him ideally suited to represent founders and entrepreneurs in engaging venture capital and private equity firms when seeking additional capital and scale. Ross earned his Law degree from the Barry University School of Law, and MBA from the University of Miami and a BA in Political Science from George Mason University. He is also a best-selling author.
Licenses and Certifications
Previously held Series 7, Series 65, Series 63, and Series 6 licenses. Was also a Supreme Court Certified county, circuit civil court, and appellate court mediator and has mediated numerous large dollar, banking, lending, finance, insurance, fraud, money and investment controversies.
